About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to support our New Equipment Workshop at Laverton branch.

This position plays a vital part in ensuring timely delivery of new machines to customers, working closely with the Service Supervisor and Team Leader.

A Typical Day Includes:

  • Booking and scheduling work in progress
  • Providing clear, accurate, and timely information for new machine build-ups
  • Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine details are clear
  • Liaising effectively with other departments to deliver effective solutions

About You:

This challenging front-line position suits someone with a mechanical trade background looking to take their next career step.

To Be Considered for This Position, You Will Ideally Possess:

  • Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
  • The drive and passion to deliver first-class customer service
  • Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience providing an empathetic approach with a calm disposition
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • A proactive and helpful approach to tasks
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

Desirable Requirements:

  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic (or an automotive trade background)
  • Familiarity with new machine builds (desired)
  • Operational experience within the earthmoving industry
  • Experience working with Cat equipment and systems
