Cybersecurity Expert

At Firesoft People, we're looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity department, you will play a vital role in devising and implementing commercial cyber toolkits.

About the Role:

We require an experienced Vulnerability Researcher with expertise in C/C++ reverse engineering, bug detection, and cracking exploits in devices/operating systems. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, enabling them to find vulnerabilities in ubiquitous Internet-deployed software and/or popular devices' software or firmware.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• AU Citizenship and ability to obtain Security Clearance
• Developing exploits for discovered vulnerabilities
• Researching security technologies, including exploitation, bug-finding, and static analysis
• Working with various tools, such as IdaPro, Ghidra, and Binary Ninja

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in vulnerability research and reverse engineering
• Strong knowledge of static and dynamic binary analysis
• Experience with various operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux) and programming languages (C/C++, Python, Swift)
• Self-directed and self-motivated individual with minimal supervision requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Service in the Intelligence Community or Military working in cyber operations
• Experience with Computer Network Operations / Computer Network Exploitation
• Cryptographic experience (e.g., side-channel attacks, implementing AES)
