Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

As a seasoned retail professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences within our stunning Concept Store in Rundle Place.

We are seeking an inspirational leader who embodies fashion sense and creativity to spearhead the visual merchandising standards of our store. You will be responsible for preparing monthly rosters costed to achieve business goals, analysing and organising stock to maximise sales on the shop floor, and balancing customer care with administrative duties.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high visual merchandising standards to uphold brand aesthetic
  • Analysing and organising stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
  • Preparing monthly rosters costed to achieve business objectives
  • Balancing customer care with administrative tasks
