We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Holiday Park team as a Residential Maintenance Team Member.

About the Role

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests.
  • Carry out linen and towel changes in rooms and other areas, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Empty bins and transport waste to designated areas, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Check appliances and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and make any necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Remove expired food from refrigerators and freezers, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Replenish toiletries and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify potential maintenance issues and report them to the Site Manager.

About You

  • You have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests alike.
  • You are physically capable of performing manual labor, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
