About the Project
The BESS project is a world-class project located in Collie, Western Australia. The project requires experienced Electrical QA Supervisors to ensure the quality and safety of our electrical works. As an Electrical QA Supervisor with SCEE Electrical, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional quality and safety performance on this project.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the QA team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans and procedures in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee all inspection and testing activities, ensuring all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all QA activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and third-party inspectors as required.
• Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and implement best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular QA reports to project management, highlighting key metrics, issues, and resolutions.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold your WA electrical licence. You will have well-developed leadership skills as well as strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Additionally, you must have a high level of commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a high-functioning team.
