**About This Role:**

We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in pre-treatment processes, material loading, and quality control measures. As a Batch Oven Team Leader, you'll spearhead a team dedicated to delivering flawless finishes on diverse substrates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Pre-Treatment Excellence: Oversee the pre-treatment process to ensure substrates are prepared effectively for coating.
  • Material Loading Mastery: Supervise the loading of materials into the batch oven, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Packing Perfection: Ensure the careful and efficient packing of materials post-coating.
  • Quality Control Champion: Lead quality control measures, maintaining high standards in every batch while adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a powder coating or related manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in pre-treatment processes, material loading, and quality control measures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team to perform efficiently and safely.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and maintaining high-quality production.
  • Knowledge of process optimization to enhance efficiency while ensuring exceptional output.
