We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The successful candidate will provide person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team.
Key aspects of the role include providing supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve high-quality care, as well as ensuring effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
They should also possess demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team.
A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification is essential, along with recent clinical experience.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively is also required.
This position involves working in a dynamic and diverse environment where you will be encouraged to contribute your skills and expertise to deliver quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve high-quality care.

- Participate in own professional development and maintain competence and enhancement of skills.
- Effectively prioritize and organize workload.
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective communication through information technology, written and verbal means.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proof of vaccination against influenza for NSW Health staff entering Residential Aged Care Facilities or working in NSW Health owned RACFs.
