We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Casual Guest Service Officer / Back of house Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, explaining rental agreements, processing payments, providing vehicle demonstrations, and conducting vehicle checks.

About the Role:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression
• Clearly explain rental agreements and address any inquiries or concerns from guests
• Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations, showcasing features and functionalities to guests
• Efficiently process payments and maintain accurate records
• Perform vehicle checks and promptly report any damages or maintenance issues
• Collaborate with the reservations team as needed to support seamless operations
• Quality check over vehicles before handing over to customers
• Clean internal and external areas of motorhomes
• Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities
• Drive motorhomes to and from location

Key Qualifications and Attributes:

• Friendly, sociable, and polite manner with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team environment
• Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting
• Previous experience in customer service or cleaning is highly valued
• A valid full Victorian driver's license
