About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, including traditional Indian cuisine.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to strict health and hygiene protocols
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control to optimize food costs and minimize waste
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve menu goals and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Cook, ideally in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian spices and cooking methods
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask in a pressurized environment
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Valid food handling and hygiene certification
