About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our creative team on a 12-month contract based in Alexandria. As the lead creative, you will be responsible for guiding the visual strategy and design of all brand materials, ensuring high-quality and compelling assets across all channels.

  • Develop cohesive campaign concepts that support business objectives and enhance storytelling and brand narrative.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative direction with brand goals and integrate storytelling to strengthen emotional connections with customers.
  • Lead the shoot production team to execute high-quality campaigns that meet the creative brief.
  • Mentor the creative team and drive innovation while maintaining consistency across all touch points.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role within fashion marketing, involving art direction, content creation, stills and video shoot production, and graphic design.
  • Proven experience leading and inspiring a high-performing team and driving innovation.
  • A deep appreciation for the by charlotte brand and values, with the ability to translate brand ethos into compelling visual narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
