Product Demonstration Team Leader

Seeking a strong and experienced leader with a track record of managing high-performance teams.

As the 'face' of Breville within stores, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, carrying out product demonstrations and tasting as well as informing them of the product's features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the overall performance and executional standards of your team.
  • Drive a culture of success, pride and over-achievement through inspirational staff leadership, motivation and recognition.
  • Ensure the team receives all necessary tools and coaching to enable them to complete their activities to the required program standards.
  • Generate a positive and engaged working environment and culture that motivates others to do the same.
  • Actively collaborate with other Team Leaders and Program Management to continuously challenge and improve team performance.

Requirements:

  • You are reliable, energetic and enjoy sharing your love of coffee with others.
  • You have a valid driver's license and vehicle in order to travel around the Sydney area to visit stores and spend time with your staff.
  • You are a great communicator that inspires others through your actions.
  • You enjoy the retail environment and have experience of managing similar teams.
