Retail Store Manager - Leading the Charge

We are seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead our team and drive sales. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum productivity
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the assistant store manager to ensure smooth store operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a retail store management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
