Nurse Care Specialist

Eldercare seeks a dedicated and compassionate Senior Nurse Care Specialist to join our team in Minlaton.
This role offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a genuine impact. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to older Australians in a rural setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred nursing care that supports residents' wellbeing
- Guide and mentor Care Assistants in daily care delivery
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
- Work within the scope of your role, maintaining accountability for delegated care
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in line with policy and legislation
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and functional status
- Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation processes
- Ensure timely and accurate communication across the care team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Working rights in Australia
- A Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse
- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
