The Role

You'll be responsible for providing clinical care and support to our residents. This highly rewarding role involves working closely with a diverse range of individuals, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and attention.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical care and support to residents
• Manage and supervise care workers
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor clients' care needs and provide treatment as required

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 24 months of Registered Nurse experience locally
• Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia-related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A big heart and passion for supporting older Australians

Estimated Salary Range: $41.84 - $53.44 per hour, depending on experience and location. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $8,000.
