We are seeking a strategic and dynamic People Enablement Manager to lead the development of our people strategy and operations. This role will be responsible for shaping the future of how we support and empower our employees, driving business outcomes through people-centric solutions.

Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver people programs, policies, and processes that align with our business objectives.

  • Develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes, including talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Design and deliver people programs, policies, and processes that align with our business objectives, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategies, including recognition and rewards programs, employee feedback mechanisms, and performance management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in human resources or people advisory, with hands-on experience in talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes, including employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
