We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Cat Rental team as an Equipment Technician in our Clayton branch.

About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity to join an exciting part of the business and gain experience in supporting Caterpillar equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the service department with managing and maintaining contamination control and workshop cleanliness to provide a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Organisation of the yard and equipment.
  • Wash and inspect equipment prior and post hire for customers.
  • Completing required administrative tasks accurately and effectively.
  • Always providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the service departments to maximise productivity.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience:

  • Experience in manual handling.
  • A forklift licence is preferred.
  • Ability to use smartphone/tablet and relevant apps.
  • A positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
