Heavy Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Cummins in Campbellfield. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the maintenance and repair of heavy diesel and engine products.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a first-class service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel and engine products, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Diagnose and repair various engines, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge of Cummins products.
- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation, reporting any issues or incidents to the Supervisor.
- Complete required documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents.
- Relevant Heavy Diesel trade qualification - Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, or Diesel Fitter (to Australian standards).
- Light Vehicle qualified with Heavy duty exposure will also be considered.
- Experience as a technician in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products.
- Ideal possession of engine rebuild and reconditioning experience or knowledge.
- Solid diagnostic capabilities with the help of systems on computers.
