About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax and Business Advisory Manager to join our team at Moore Australia. As a key member of our Tax and Business Advisory Division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of tax and business advisory professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on tax and business advisory matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax and business advisory services.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
