About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of crew members, assisting in day-to-day restaurant operations, and driving key business results. This is an exciting opportunity to join McDonald's Canada and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing crew and shift managers. Develop a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are equipped to succeed.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure top-tier customer service by coaching and supporting team members. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  3. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management, ordering, and waste control. Ensure food safety and health regulations are met.
Cash Handling and Security
  • Assist in daily cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting. Maintain security protocols to prevent loss and ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high energy setting. Basic understanding of business operations, inventory management, and financial reporting. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
