About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled communications professional to join our Corporate Affairs Team. As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering communications and marketing initiatives to support our business objectives.

Job Description

  • Developing and Delivering Communications Initiatives: You will be responsible for creating engaging content for our website, intranet, presentations, speeches, and other corporate communications channels. Your goal will be to inform and engage our stakeholders, including employees, growers, contractors, marketers, and the general public.
  • Media Relations and Social Media: You will provide advice to senior leaders on effective communications, including media relations and social media activities. This will involve preparing media statements and responses, as well as supporting the delivery of grower-focused and corporate events.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a communications all-rounder with experience delivering digital and integrated marketing campaigns or initiatives that achieve results. You will need excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.

Your Background

  • Education and Experience: A degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar, with at least 5 years' experience in a related work environment. Experience in the agricultural industry would be highly regarded.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Based on your experience and qualifications, your estimated annual salary will be between $80,000 and $110,000. This amount includes a base salary and any potential bonuses or benefits that may be awarded based on performance and market conditions.
