About You
You will be well-versed in delivering multiple concurrent projects, ranging from commercial and residential developments to infrastructure and roads. Your strong client relationship management and project management skills will enable you to lead and deliver projects effectively within time constraints and cost budgets. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D is desirable, but not essential. A solid industry experience in Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment is also crucial.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and a national team to manage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clients* Manage current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction, adhering to technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgets* Partner with junior engineers to delegate and supervise their work, ensuring the successful delivery of projects* Collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that benefit clients and communities
