Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead our high-rise division in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing key structural projects and contributing to the development of our company's strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate large-scale structural engineering projects
  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in high-rise and/or commercial projects
  • Strong technical expertise in structural engineering
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
