Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.

About the Role
  • Assist in coordinating and supervising all construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of projects.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and report to management on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor/Foreman delivering projects in excess of $30m.
  • Previous experience working with Tier 1 or 2 construction companies.
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure.
  • Desire to advance into a senior project management role in the future.
