About the Role

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity based at our North Sydney campus. As a Team Leader, Placement Services, you will provide leadership and coordinate administrative operations for faculty clinical/professional placements. You will supervise clinical administrative staff, coordinate activities undertaken by clinical administrative staff, and provide hands-on support where necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team responsible for ensuring every student in the faculty has access to appropriate, sustainable, and high-quality professional practice placements.
  • Coordinate activities undertaken by clinical administrative staff to facilitate seamless placement administration and student placement experiences.
  • Supervise clinical administrative staff to ensure high-level customer service and effective management of placement-related tasks.

  • Total remuneration valued at $117,590 - $127,214 per annum, including a salary component of $99,365 - $107,498 per annum (HEW 7).
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary payable, dependent on your commencement date.
