About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our team at James Frizelle's Automotive Group in Lismore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers, welcome them to the dealership, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, highlighting the value of protecting their new vehicle.
  • Sales Generation: Generate income for the dealership from the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated products.
  • Sales Optimization: Maximize every sales opportunity through collaboration with the greater team, focusing on balancing customer experience and profit goals.
  • Inventory Management: Provide relevant sales forecast data to maintain an adequate stock of aftermarket products.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain immaculate presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Deliver a genuine and personalized customer experience, understanding people and knowing how to connect.
  • Work-Life Balance: Maintain a healthy approach to work and life balance, with a 5-day week including Saturdays and a rotating weekly RDO.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate across the group, working together with peers to promote Frizelle Sunshine as a dealer of choice and ensure a first-class customer buying journey.
  • Sales Experience: Empower you to become a mover and shaker in car care sales, learning from the best in the industry and negotiating the best deals.
  • Technical Skills: PC and admin savvy, using a number of different platforms and systems on a daily basis.
  • Driver's License: Essential for the role.
