Delivering exceptional service and support is at the heart of our mobile trades team. As a skilled HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in providing remedial and preventative maintenance works across various government and private sector clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration or equivalent, as well as experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Assemble, test, and install HVAC and Refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions, using your technical expertise to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Building Management System (BMS) Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the BMS to ensure seamless operation and minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration or Equivalent: A relevant qualification that demonstrates your technical expertise and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information and negotiate resolutions.
  • Safety Commitment: A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
