Position Overview:
Title: Senior Educator
Location: Halls Head, Western Australia
Employment Type: Part Time / 30 hours per week
Compensation: $33.71 - $34.72 per hour

Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you will oversee your own classroom, guiding a team of committed Educators to implement outstanding educational programs. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to assess, inform, and enhance our teaching methodologies. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure that every learning experience is customized to cater to the diverse needs of all children.

About Goodstart Halls Head:
Goodstart Early Learning Halls Head is a thoughtfully designed, purpose-built facility serving the local community. Our center is conveniently accessible and features off-street parking, along with proximity to various amenities. We cater to children aged six weeks to five years, providing nutritious meals prepared by our on-site cook, and maintaining a clean, hygienic environment with a dynamic, child-centered curriculum.

Learning Environment:
All classrooms are organized in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework, offering sensory and play-based learning opportunities. Our vibrant and stimulating surroundings allow children to thrive through exploration and creativity. We prioritize communication with families, utilizing newsletters, emails, and daily updates to keep them informed about their child's progress. Our use of Storypark enables parents to engage with educators and observe their child's learning journey.

Qualifications Required:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Valid Working with Children Check for Western Australia
