About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at REO Group. As a Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the role and the company
  • Manage candidate profiles and maintain a database of potential candidates
  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
