About the Role

We are seeking full-time INLEC Coordinators to join our Energy teams in Perth.

This role is responsible for executing maintenance work safely and efficiently, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to gather information on onshore maintenance requirements.
  2. Provide expert advice, support, and technical information related to estimating and work pack preparation.
  3. Develop and coordinate work packs and documentation for efficient execution.
  4. Coordinate maintenance activities according to client procedures and standards, including implementing maintenance plans.
  5. Oversee planning aspects such as materials, resources, and equipment procurement.
  6. Maintain and develop knowledge of maintenance management systems and planning tools, primarily using SAP.
Required Skills:
  • Electrical trade or engineering qualification
  • Willingness to travel to site as required
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
