At learn-and-laugh, we're on the lookout for a highly skilled and passionate Nursery Team Leader to lead our nursery team in Australia. This is a full-time role that requires dedication, commitment, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Services (ACECQA approved) or be currently studying towards their Diploma. They should also possess excellent English communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Leading the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to our children

* Developing and implementing programs that reflect the EYLF and cater to the diverse needs of our children

* Building strong relationships with educators, children, and families through effective communication and teamwork

* Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments that promote exploration, creativity, and play

* Facilitating children's play and learning through observation, evaluation, and record-keeping

* Providing physical care and support to children during daily routines and mealtimes

* Staying up-to-date with policies, procedures, and legislation related to early childhood education and care

* Collaborating with other educators to achieve shared goals and objectives

* Being proactive and taking initiative to address challenges and opportunities as they arise

* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of children's development and progress
