We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as an Advisor - People Inclusion & Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that foster belonging, equity, and engagement across our organisation.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop and deliver activities that promote workforce diversity and employee experience.">
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive organisational objectives.">
  • Facilitate the delivery of our First Nations employment pathway.">
  • SUPPORT the establishment and maintenance of employee resource groups (ERGs).">
  • Lead the delivery of Engagement and Pulse Check surveys.">
  • Collect and manage data for internal and external reporting requirements.">
  • Contribute to the accurate management of people data using SuccessFactors and other systems.">
  • Support performance and talent activities, including the annual performance review cycle and leadership development program.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.">
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a Human Resources team, with a strong background in Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.">
  • Commercial acumen and data analysis skills.">
