We are innovative and ambitious, and we move fast. At HUB24, we're looking for a highly skilled Operational Risk Manager to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to lead Line 1 operational risk across our business, with the support of a direct report.
">- Manage operational risks by developing and maintaining a robust risk management framework.
- Lead the GS007 assurance process by collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
- Oversee incident management processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain and regularly test the Business Continuity Plan to ensure operational readiness and resilience.
As Operational Risk Manager, you'll be responsible for championing a proactive risk culture and embedding risk ownership at all levels. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operational risk management or related roles within financial services, with a focus on investment platforms. They should have demonstrated experience managing GS007 audits or similar audits and operational risk frameworks. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of managing incidents and leading root cause analysis and remediation.
