Inventory Optimization Specialist

Job Description

This role focuses on delivering availability through end-to-end inventory routines to ensure products are always available for customers.

You will embed strong and consistent processes and routines to optimize stock availability in stores, ensuring products are easy to shop, well merchandised, and with clear value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of improvement by coaching and empowering your team.
  • Communicate effectively with your team through change, explaining the why, not just the what.
  • Plan the daily stockfill plan for all departments.
  • Maintain accurate stock on hand information by ensuring inventory routines are executed.
  • Ensure back of house routines and maintenance are in place so the area is tidy and safe.
  • Manage receipt and dispatch of goods and loads.
