Role Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Senior AI Software Engineer to drive innovation in software engineering workflows.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to lead the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
  • With a strong focus on AI/ML and Generative AI, you'll work on complex technical problems from discovery through implementation.
  • As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for breaking down requirements into actionable engineering tasks, creating clarity for delivery squads and stakeholders.
  • You will run hands-on experiments with emerging AI/ML and GenAI tooling, designing evaluation frameworks, measuring outcomes, and providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • You will build resilient, reusable components, SDKs, and service integrations that slot into pipelines, IDEs, and developer platforms.
  • You will contribute to architectural discussions, proposing improvements and role-modeling engineering standards and best practices.
  • You will maintain high-quality codebases via active code reviews, robust testing, and clear documentation for knowledge sharing.
  • You will work cross-functionally to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and land changes with minimal disruption.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applied to software engineering workflows (e.g., code assist, test generation, knowledge retrieval, anomaly detection), with an understanding of limitations, risks, and safety considerations.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C#, and experience building microservices on AWS and/or Azure.
  • Architectures: Microservices, event-driven patterns, REST/gRPC
  • Cloud: AWS and Azure (e.g., Lambda/Functions, Containers/ECS/AKS, S3/Blob, API Gateway, Step Functions/Logic Apps)
  • Data: SQL, data pipelines, observability/telemetry for engineering productivity and quality metrics
  • DevSecOps: GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, Actions/Pipelines, Terraform (IaC), SAST/DAST/SCA, secrets management
  • Strong technical influence: ability to review designs and code, set quality bars, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems.
  • A growth mindset and bias toward iterative experimentation—from idea to prototype to pilot to product—with clear success metrics.
  • Proficiency in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
