Job Title: Multifaceted Venue Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Operations Manager to join our team at Pymble Hotel in Sydney's North Shore. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including the bar, bistro, gaming, and events
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue
  • Lead a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure exceptional service standards
  • Work closely with the general manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality or a related industry, with a strong track record of operational leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
