Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions for patients with complex psychiatric needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct group therapy sessions to promote social skills and coping strategies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Registration as a medical practitioner or a qualified psychologist
  • Postgraduate qualifications in psychiatry or a related field
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
