Leading Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Leader to drive the success of our Workplace Services team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Development, you will be responsible for leading services and client relations across your region, driving strategic performance and people-led experiences for our partners.
This role requires a strong leader with expertise in fostering strategic commercial partnerships, customer service management, and administrative skills. You will oversee the delivery of Accor services such as Concierge, Community Management, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, and In-Tenancy Services, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of services across an average of 25 assets and a team of 50 Heartists.
- Strategically lead the delivery of Accor services, including Concierge, Community Management, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, and In-Tenancy Services.
- Maintain strong relationships with Partners & suppliers, acting as the key representative of Accor to Partners in the delivery of Accor's services.
- Day-to-day operations of Workplace Services in assigned regions, including establishment of new services and de-mobilisation of services as a result of Asset churn.
- Delivery of contractual obligations and compliance with KPIs and performance measures as prescribed as part of Accor's contractual obligations with its Partners.
