Job Opportunity: Transfer Agency Manager

Apex Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Transfer Agency Manager in Australia.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction to operations teams. This includes supporting the Head of Transfer Agency in implementing best practice target operating models, mentoring and supporting Team Leaders and Transfer Agency Operations staff to ensure performance excellence, collaborating with the Head of Transfer Agency to ensure appropriate people, processes, and procedures are in place to meet client expectations and drive efficiency, conducting performance reviews, developing team members, and contributing to staff retention strategies.

The Transfer Agency Manager will also support the effective allocation of clients and deliverables across the Transfer Agency Operations teams, partner with CRM teams to ensure smooth and professional client relationship management, assist in the successful onboarding of new clients and seamless transition of work, lead transition meetings with CRM teams, oversee the performance and service delivery of offshore partners, contribute to the delivery and execution of operational projects in partnership with the Head of Transfer Agency, review and approve Incident Reporting, and provide first-level escalation for Client enquiries.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Finance discipline.
  • Experience with offshoring processes and transformation.
  • At least 5 years' operational experience in unit registry.
  • Previous experience in managing teams.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and deliverables.
