We are seeking a dedicated Herbal Harvest Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in horticulture and/or food preparation who is quick, efficient, and has a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propagating, potting, and planting herbs.
  • Maintaining plants, including weeding, fertilizing, and spraying.
  • Commercial harvesting, sorting, and processing fresh herbs.
  • Preparing herbs for storage, drying, and packaging.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with cleaning, organizing, and basic prep tasks.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace in both the field and the kitchen.
  • Creating and posting engaging social media content to showcase our fresh products and the harvesting process.

Requirements:

  • A background in horticulture and/or food preparation (bonus if you have experience as a chef).
  • Quick, efficient hands, and a high attention to detail.
  • An appreciation for working outdoors and handling fresh herbs.
  • A positive attitude towards cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Interest or experience in creating social media content.
