This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our People team as a Talent Integrity and Contracts Adviser.
You will be working closely with senior stakeholders across RMIT University to support a variety of appointments, including internal and external employment contracts, academic promotions, honorary appointments, and additional employment letters for new and existing Executive, Academic, Professional, and TAFE staff.
As the Talent Integrity and Contracts Adviser, you will liaise with stakeholders and colleagues across the wider People team on complex contract matters, which may involve understanding, interpreting, and communicating RMIT's relevant policies and Enterprise Agreements.
Your Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service environment within a large complex environment
