Loan Risk Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Loan Risk Analyst to join our Commercial Lending & Development Finance team. This role involves assessing complex deals across bridging, commercial, and construction finance.

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing detailed financials, valuations, and project feasibility, as well as preparing recommendations that influence lending decisions. You will work closely with senior credit managers, brokers, and clients, gaining exposure to structured lending, development risk analysis, and high-value property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing loan applications and making informed recommendations
  • Reviewing financial statements and other documentation
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
