Family Law Support Role

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law professional to join our team as a support assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diary and meeting management for the family law team
  • Support document and file management within the CMS
  • Liaise with registry staff to ensure timely filing of legal documents
  • Prepare briefs for counsel
  • Open, maintain, and close files in the CMS
  • Conduct monthly billing processes
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support overflow work when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within a legal team support role with exposure to billing and Family law processes
