Job Title: QA Excellence Lead

The ideal candidate will oversee a production team and ensure manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Mentor a team of 25-30 operators in conjunction with the Factory Operations Manager.
  • Analyze current policies and procedures, and implement changes where necessary to promote compliance, safety, and quality.
  • Create new standard operating procedures for production and conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, inspect production logs, and report recurring issues to relevant personnel.
  • Attend production meetings and work with operators on the factory floor to compile data and produce reports.

Requirements:

  • A background in a QA role or equivalent.
  • Experience implementing SOPs in the manufacturing industry.
  • A hands-on approach to work, critical thinking skills, and the ability to influence a team positively.
