Job Title: Broker Growth Lead

About the Role

As a Broker Growth Lead, you will drive business expansion across the portfolio by partnering with assigned networks of authorized representatives. Your key objective is to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively with our SME Underwriting team.

The role requires developing account management plans, building strong relationships with authorized representatives, analyzing current trends and growth opportunities, and establishing strategies for increased revenue.

You will also be responsible for promoting and supporting the company's products and services among intermediaries, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and reviewing existing portfolios to recommend growth strategies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute account management plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized representatives to drive repeat business and expand the portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the SME Underwriting team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Establish and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a BDM/Account Manager in a similar industry or sector.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to lead by influence.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
