Key Responsibilities

  1. Optimize the QTC process to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  2. Develop and implement effective internal controls to maintain compliance and manage risk.
  3. Build and lead a high-performing team of revenue operations specialists.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in quote-to-cash or a similar finance role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  4. Public company experience with focus on internal controls (design, implementation, and execution).
  5. Expertise in subscription billing processes, invoicing, and collections strategies.
  6. Experience in project management, system design, and implementation.
  7. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process transformation.
  8. Highly organized, with attention to detail and a willingness to roll up sleeves and delve deep into processes and systems.
  9. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
