Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital & eCommerce strategy that drives global online growth and aligns performance with business revenue goals.
  • Accelerate customer acquisition and retention by steering paid and organic channels, elevating loyalty programs, and ensuring seamless integration across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead digital marketing and campaign excellence by delivering cutting-edge campaigns in partnership with brand teams, owning SEO, paid media, email, and promotional strategies.
  • Translate customer insights, traffic, and sales data into actionable strategies, optimize marketing spend, and continuously refine the digital experience through testing and innovation.
  • Ensure flawless website performance, security, and mobile responsiveness by collaborating with IT, UX/UI, and distribution teams to guarantee smooth customer journeys from click to delivery.
