Maintenance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our team of mobile service technicians. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with staff and clients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Manage workshop repairs and on-site installation work to meet customer needs
  • Coordinate stock and parts ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Develop and implement effective work scheduling and planning processes
  • Collaborate with training providers to coordinate employee development and vehicle upkeep

You will report directly to the owners of the business and work in a flexible and adaptable environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has ambition to be a manager, and values flexibility.
