Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our passionate and dedicated team. As a Service Manager, you will utilize your extensive technical and practical construction knowledge to achieve timely and effective customer resolutions, managing any service queries required for the maintenance of homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide positive customer experience for clients as they live in their home
    - Manage home maintenance for display homes, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard
    - Conduct routine service, quality and compliance inspections
    - Manage remedial works and conduct quality control checks to ensure exceptional results
    - Regularly liaise with After Care Consultants and Service Coordinators
    - Effectively communicate, promote and maintain safe working environment/practices on site
    - Monitor and manage trade and supplier performance on site
    - Ensure any issues or queries are effectively managed and resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders
    - Experience within the residential building industry
    - Certificate IV in Building & Construction
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    - Excellent written and verbal communication
    - Well organised and superior time management
    - Driven for continuous improvement
