We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to support our National Business Manager in managing key accounts across various retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives, NPD & Innovation presentations, business & category reviews as required
  • Build quarterly Business review presentations with allocated accounts, identifying areas for growth and improvement
  • Drive specific JBP projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Establish strong customer relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships
  • Lead the development of customer marketplace collateral and promotional plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Foster internal working relationships with Category, Brand, Shopper & Field teams, driving collaboration and innovation
  • Analytical support for category reviews / core range submissions, providing actionable insights for business decisions
  • Competitor analysis, staying up-to-date on market trends and developments
  • Provide forecasting support for projects such as NPD, new lines, and product launches
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in liquor or FMCG, preferably with a focus on wine
  • Demonstrated account and customer management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Ability to develop sound commercial relationships across the trade, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for data analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, action-oriented, accountability, ownership, results-driven, relationship-building skills
