Claims Processing Team Manager

A high-performing Claims Processing Team Leader is required to drive a customer-centric culture, achieve targets, and foster effective relationships within the team and other business units.
About You- You have minimum 2-5 years' experience in a leadership role.
- You have demonstrated experience in coaching others to achieve better customer experiences.
- You have proven ability to successfully lead and inspire teams to achieve or exceed targets through driving a high-performance culture.
- You have experience in a complex, highly legislated claims environment.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships.
- You have experience in effectively resolving provider / broker / client complaints.
- You have experience in leading referral management practices.
- You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals, driving a high-performance culture that prioritises customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- You will analyse results and performance, developing strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- You will embed a customer-centric and first-resolution culture, monitoring and increasing conversion rates through improved call practices and coaching.
- You will proactively manage change, coaching the team through the process.
- You will foster effective relationships with other business units, ensuring success of business initiatives.
- You will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the team, acting as a point of escalation for decision-making.
- You will identify, support and implement strategic initiatives to ensure efficiencies and increase automation.
- A salary of approximately $120,000 per annum.
